Q: How does the free trial work? Do I need a credit card to try Craft.io?

You can sign up for a free trial at https://app.Craft.io/auth/sign-up — no credit card is required. You will get access to the functionality of the Pro plan for 14 days. Before your trial ends, we will notify you to choose a paid plan to continue using Craft.io.

Q: What are the different roles and their associated access? Which roles do I pay for?

We have five different roles: Admins (paid) can manage workspace settings, custom fields, workspace views and templates, and add additional workspaces; Team leaders (paid) can set roles in the workspace and create teams; Editors (paid) have full access to all features of each workspace of which they are a member; Contributors (free) can view and comment on everything in the workspace; Viewers (free) can view different views shared with them. On all plans, editors, team leaders and admins are counted as paid licenses, while you have unlimited contributors and viewers without charge.

What are the customer support fees?

Our comprehensive support, tailored specifically for enterprise product teams, is completely free of charge.

What are the onboarding fees?

We are committed to setting you up for success right from the start, that's why our personalized onboarding support is free of charge for all our enterprise customers.

Can I change or cancel my plan later on?

You can change your plan from Starter to Pro, and the billing cycle (monthly/yearly) through the in-app account settings menu. For active subscriptions, cancellation will come into effect at the end of the current billing cycle. How will I be charged for using multiple workspaces?

A user with a paid license will only be charged once, regardless of the number of workspaces they are invited to. Therefore, adding users to multiple workspaces will not result in additional charges.

How does adding and removing users work?

An editor (with team leader permissions and higher) can add or remove users without any limit. For users paying via a credit card, new editors, team leaders or admins added on either monthly or yearly plans, will be automatically billed the prorated amount.
